Bids submission on EPADS portal shall entirely be the responsibility of the bidders. Bahawalpur Waste Management Company may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, as provided under rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and more experienced candidates should apply before 11 October 2025.
